At ReBrickIt, we want you and your kids to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you're not happy with your ReBrickIt product, contact us and we'll make it right.
To be eligible for a refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
If you are returning a product due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Digital app access codes that have already been redeemed are non-refundable. However, if you experience issues with the app, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the problem.
